Signs Prescribed Burn Fold & Roll Sign (48″ Non-Reflective Orange), Bone Safety

Non-Reflective, 48″, Fluorescent Orange Roll-Up Signs are constructed of a reinforced UV stable vinyl. This construction will not delaminate and provides excellent durability and fluorescence stability. 

ORALITE® Non-Reflective Fluorescent Orange Roll-Up Signs are suitable for maintenance and moving operations. They are intended for daytime use only. They are not intended for use during night operations or low light conditions.

“Prescribed Burn” is a 48″ Fluorescent Orange Non-Reflective sign. Stand sold separately. 

Product Construction 
ORALITE® Non-Reflective Roll-Up Signs are constructed of a glossy UV stabilized vinyl face film integrally bonded to a heavy duty fiber-reinforced interleaf and high opacity UV stabilized black backing film. 

Reflectivity – Not Applicable. 

Daytime Color 
ORALITE® Non-Reflective Roll-Up Signs conform to the daytime color requirements when tested in accordance with ASTM D4956. ORALITE® Non-Reflective Roll-Up Signs conform to FHWA (23CFR655 subpart F) and ASTM D4956 daytime color and luminance requirements. ORALITE® Non-Reflective Roll-Up Signs are available in fluorescent orange and white. 

Nighttime Color – Not Applicable. 

Opacity 
ORALITE® Non-Reflective Roll-Up Signs are essentially opaque [?95] when determined by the contrast ratio method. Opacity is measured by calculating the ratio of materials luminance backed by a black glass and divided by the materials luminance backed by a white tile using a single layer of sign material with illuminant D65 and 10° observer. 

Flexibility 
ORALITE® Non-Reflective Roll-Up Signs meet the flexibility requirements of ASTM D4956, section 6.7 and S2.2.2. They are sufficiently flexible such that through continuous use, setup and storage, the signs do not show any permanent creasing or delaminating. 

Solvent Resistance 
ORALITE® Non-Reflective Roll-Up Signs will not dissolve, blister, or pucker when wiped with a soft cloth wet with kerosene, mineral spirits, turpentine, VM&P Naphtha, 5% HCL, NaOH, or methanol. 

Specular Gloss 
ORALITE® Non-Reflective Roll-Up Signs shall have a specular gloss of not less than 40 when tested in accordance with ASTM D523 at an angle of 85°. 

Weatherability 
ORALITE® Non-Reflective Roll-Up signs conform to the daytime color requirements after artificial accelerated weathering in accordance with ASTM D4956, section S3 for type VI.
